TOUR DESCRIPTION
On this trip will head out of the city away from the popular tourist sights to sample some of Bangkok's more laid-back traditional everyday life. Travel Hub's guide and driver team will meet you at your hotel and you will be taken in our comfortable transport to our first stop of the morning which is the busy Don Wai Floating Market. Amongst the local produce, you will find a whole heap of food offerings and a great place to sample real Thai food. Maybe have a light breakfast and leave some space in your belly to sample the local food. After our morning market visit, we will head off to Klong Mahasawat. We will explore some of the canal-side home industries and small-scale agriculture projects run by the locals here and the best way to do this is by boat! we will board the longtail boat and we will make stops at a local market where rice crackers are made, a small lotus flower farm an orchid farm and a local fruit farm. This morning gives you a glimpse into local Thai life just outside the built-up area of Bangkok

Please note the official name does contain "floating market" however very little of the commerce here happens on the river/canal most market activity takes place on the canal side. However, no need to be disappointed as this is a very colourful local market with plenty of local flavours and well worth a visit despite most of the commerce taking place on the canal side.
